suddenly everything becomes clear.

Canada, its nice to be friends again. I arrived to Toronto after a flight from San Jose to Miami which consisted of mazes to get out of the states through lines and following signs and then to Toronto. My lovely Katima sister Marina greeted me. The brisk wind caught me off guard, however it felt like home and I liked that. Quite frankly Canada is usually cold, and Its a love hate relationship if you have grown up here your whole life. I flew out of Toronto last night to Sault Ste. Marie this is where I did my first placement with Katimavik last year. Once again I felt as if I was arriving to a home that was once mine, my billet family was there and it was nice to see them again! Its crazy to return to a place that I had once shared with my katima family and this round its just me. This place is so special to me I cant even describe it. It reminds me of how inspired I was last time I was here. I went to the soup kitchen today and it was so nice, things felt right. Still so much love, and I understand why coming here was so important to me.

Last year I was involved with the soup kitchen play "in my shoes"  they are short an actor so I am going to step in for their performances tomorrow. I am going to do 2 with the cast at the college, and then one tomorrow night. Its the exact same part I did last year, I am excited to be apart of this again. I will be volunteering at the kitchen everyday up until the sleep in a box fundraiser as I did last year as well which is next Friday. I will be flying out next saturday the 12th.

I also dont have a cellphone either until I get home, so facebook is your best bet to keep in touch with me.
