Greetings from Toronto

My lovely Katima friend Marina D picked me up at the airport this mornning, the flight went really well so that was good because I really don't enjoy flying. We spent the afternoon downtown riding the Subway and doing some sight seeing, really cool! I felt like such a tourist, and the underground thing kind of freaks me out. There is so much culture here, china town, little markets, I love it! Other than feeling overwhelemed with so many people, the pace, it's like I am 5 steps behind everyone; I am just not on the same level. Also who knew H&M could have three floors, escalator, and an elevator? This is when I decide I cannot handle shopping in Toronto, I really don't enjoy shopping any day so this is nothing new.

We walked a lot, then we went for supper at a restraunt called Fresh, it was all vegetarian and it was really good, in the heart of downtown. After that we walked some more, and then rode in these really cool street cars, they have like rails on the normal roads with the cars, and they are attached to cables at the top pulling them, interesting. I then fell asleep on the subway back to Marina's home. So tired, I didn't get much sleep last night, however that is traveling for ya.

Tomorrow my flight leaves at 2:45 pm, and I am super excited to meet a couple people from my group! And then Adam I will meet in Costa Rica.
