Today while the blossoms still cling to their vine.

I am overwhelmed with happiness, and love from the first two successful weeks of the summer. I have found peace with myself from all the wonderful people, and nature surrounding me everyday. My goal for this summer is to keep in mind it is all for the campers, all for the program. I have definitely kept this in mind everyday. It's the little things that make it so special, the kids excited for their activities, watching campers express themselves in their own ways, trying new things, accepting different people, swaying at the campfire, taps at the end of the night, and the tears that come with lots of campers on the final night. Camp is such a special place for me, and so dear to my heart. So many people share the same love for it, and I am so happy that it is my job to be there all summer. I think we all need to take time to appreciate what we love in our life, and to take it all in, and remember those small little things.

I just got home to start my break from camp, I have a couple weeks to regenerate, fundraise my last bit for my volunteer trip at folk festival through my feathers, get everything ready for costa rica, and finish my program for fourth week at camp when I return. Everything is looking really good for the last half of the summer and beginning of fall. I am loving life right now.
