Beautiful People, Beautiful nature.

I am finally at camp for another wicked summer. I am going to be programming this time around so that is a step higher. Today is our last day of Staff Training and it has been really great. The staff really looks good for this year, and there is something special in everyone that the kids will love. The weather has been perfect, only thunderstorms during the evening. It has also been really cool to see fellow staff members I have worked the last two summers with step up to program with me and take on a new leadership role, we have all done so well with teaching activities and the basic happenings of camp to the new staff!

This place is so special, I have finally found some peace I have been looking for. Just taking a second to pause and appreciate the nature and always having someone around me. I love the constant music, and jam sessions. I am surrounded by such wonderful people. Tomorrow is teen camp and I am so excited to be a counsellor in a cabin, my favorite role at camp.  And for Jenna to program for her first time, I am pretty sure it will be a wonderful start to the summer.

That is my little update, life is good, and I would say the living is easy however life is a little bit different in the summer taking care of the chillins. I hope everyone is well, and I am thinking of my dear friend Aly as she is leaving for Katimavik tomorrow. I wish I could do it all again but I know you will have the most amazing experience ever.
