where ever you go, go with all your heart.

Trees are so beautiful. Spring is refreshing, bringing so much light in to everyones lives. Winter with no color, and now to be seen bright green. It lets me feel peace, that everyone can find hope in spring. It can patch up winters blues, with stressful school, lonesome days, and cold mornings. I always forget how lovely Manitoba really is, until trees have leaves again, and you can appreciate nature in a different light. I always remember summer to be a much happier time, until this year i decided it's time i enjoy winter because i only get summer for a few months out of the 12. I am going to be an unhappy soul for my life, if I am only happy for 2 months out of my year. 

Feathers have colored my life, ( ha ha) Color your life, thats what I was going to name my feather fundraiser until someone was like that is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. I am not good with naming things in a catchy way. I think it is hilarious. Anyway, I have spent a lot of time working on my earrings, and it is going well. I am really proud of myself, I never knew it would work out this well. They are all so unique in their own way, so I enjoy making something different very every person. I have found it to be really special for me, and it makes me happy making other happy!

I have been working a decent amount, at jiffy. It is like a convenience store with almost everything, and we sell like popcorn, ice-cream, and rent out dvds. Customers are always funny. I think the winner this week- was the guy who asks for a dog cone, and I am like baby cone? NO dog cone, okay i just make a baby sized cone. As he is paying he is like, if I don't bring my dog something he shits in the car, and Im like ohh.. apparently it has happened in all 3 of his vehicles. Im thinking, well maybe he is shitting because he is eating icecream and it's not the best for him. Then there are the regular smokers, who joke with you. I enjoy the small talk with strangers, it lets the time pass. Then the jiffy staff, always a fun time. We are always being ridiculous. With saying that I enjoy working a part time job, and making feathers.

I have already spent some time at camp doing some spring cleaning, it was really nice. That place is so special to me, and I always find some peace being there, even if I am working. I think my favorite is cleaning the shower house, when the floors never look clean even if you scrub for like an hour. Or when you forget to lock the door and the people renting out the camp go in there and dirty it after a six hour cleaning day on it. That is the best, sarcasm of course. Mia and I had a grand time last week cleaning, and belting out songs all day. I think the electrical guys who caught us off guard middle of our sing song really loved the entertainment while working. Oh I am so funny!
