Yawn Yawn Yawn..
And yes indeed I am yawning. What a long and and tiresome day. I swear jumping in to this new semester was like some huge wake up call it was like bam bam bam, I need to figure out grad decisions, I need to apply for scholarships, and what the hell am I doing with my life? Ha ha, sorry.. but it was one of those days where I was constantly reminded like this is my last semester and it's time to get crackin' on projects and ideas. So yes, I am very tired and definitely emotionally drained from thinking so much.
Going back to the word "Yawning" what a weird name. For a physical response of being tired, and the most weird part about it is that it's contagious so to speak. Is it because we get reminded of how tired we are because we are watching some else yawn? I just don't understand. A cool fun fact for you, Yawning being contagious is actually found in Chimpanzees as well, how bizarre! Anyway, the reason why we Yawn when we see someone else is because of a "Mirror-Neuron System" so basically our Neurons (cells in our brain that carry out electrical messages and blah) become active when us as a person does something, because of our unconscious sensing someone else doing the same thing. I researched this concept because I was very interested in what was going on in the good ol' brain when I yawn without realizing while watching someone else carry out the same movement.
Well that was interesting, my dog just ran across me with my scarf not any scarf, my favorite one. And after a little fight to get it back from him which involved running around the house and him hiding in small places I finally got it back. As I look at it to see what damage he has done this time I find a hole, great. That dog has destroyed everything nice I have. I honestly have so much anger towards that stupid thing right now. ARGH jdhfijhgdklxfhkshgkf. Okay there is my frustration. Goodness.
So I came across the coolest fact ever. Recycling one glass jar, saves enough energy to watch T.V for 3 hours. How easy is recycling one glass jar? Imagine if everyone started recycling, I know its more common now to Recycle. I remember when I was younger and not as many people did at all. Like I know my family didn't because it was more less a burden then anything, because the city didn't give us a recycle bin right at our house, although we have them now but back then instead we had to go to a recycling place, or go find a bigger one away from your home. So enough said, already we have made huge steps, but also there are little steps to take if you are not in to full blown recycling everything. So think of doing little steps like recycling one glass jar, and things like that. Because really three hours of energy from watching t.v is saved... think of how much more energy you could save with recycling more! Yay for keeping our lovely planet beautiful and saving the Environment!
Well I am going to get back to my Snuggie which is soooo comfy, thank's again Carlie's mom. Honestly everyone should invest in one. They are wonderful. But the reality of it, is that it really is just a backwards house coat, because instead of putting it on like a sweater in a way you would a house coat, you put ur arms in it from the front, so maybe it's just something that the "Snuggie" company thought we would believe as like some new invention which is just amazing, haha as I am like ranting on how great it is. But really, it is just another money sucking thing. Oh me, I won't get in to my advertising rant today.
